Bon Jovi - Jon Bon Jovi on
vocals, Richie Sambora on guitar, David Bryan
Rashbaum on keyboards, Tico Torres on drums,
and Alec John Such on bass - formed in 1983
and are based in New Jersey. The rock band
burst onto the music scene in the early 80s
with the intention of surpassing the success
of the other rock 'hair-bands' with longevity
and integrity with their lyrics. Bon Jovi's
success resulted in over 30 million LPs sold
in the US alone and a track record keeping
them in the music scene into the 21st
                    century.

                      Jon Bongiovi formed Bon Jovi
after the track "Runaway" became a
local New Jersey hit. Bon Jovi was soon
signed to Mercury Records and 'Jon Bongiovi'
                    changed to 'Jon Bon Jovi.'
