Nick Jonas was born in
Texas on September 16, 1992 and rose to fame as
part of singing sibling trio, the Jonas Brothers before embarking on a solo
career. Originally, Nick was to be a solo singer
with his two brothers, Joe and Kevin, as backup
singers - but producers liked the sound and
concept of a singing trio instead. Nick's talents
for music and acting were revealed early as Nick
became involved with Broadway productions by the
time he was 7.
