 Coldplay hail from England and
Scotland and consists of Chris Martin on
vocals, Jon Buckland on guitar, Guy Barryman
on bass, and Will Champion on drums. The
group met while students in London in the
mid-90s. By 1998, the group recorded 4 tracks
for an EP (Safety) which led to
their first single "Brothers And
Sisters." After another EP (The Blue
Room) and single ("Shiver"),
Coldplay readied the release of their first
full LP.
