Boys Like Girls - Martin Johnson on vocals and guitar, John Keefe on drums, Bryan Donahue on bass, and Paul DiGiovanni on guitar - hail from Boston. The band owe their climb to success with creating a fan base with online demos which helped get the boys more attention on site such as MySpace and PureVolume. The online exposure led to a spot on the 'Pure Volume' tour and more notice in the music industry, eventually leading to the release of their debut LP in 2006.
